How is Aptien priced compared to Fleetio?

Aptien is mainly priced per seat/user, and you can try for free it with a limited amount of resources. It also appears to be a free version for one user.

The number of resources (number of records, storage etc.) increases with the number of users, but so does the price per user. A large amount of users will cost quite a lot.
