An Itefy account is where you equipment information and history is stores.
You can have multiple accounts, which make sense if you manage equipment for different companies or organizations. It may also make sense to have different Itefy accounts for different divisions within a company.
It's up to you how you organize the equipment into one or more Itefy accounts. But remember that you cannot transfer equipment data between accounts.
