The Itefy Go mobile app has been rebuilt from scratch. Same account, same data, same sign-in — but scanning is one tap from anywhere, the home screen tells you what needs attention, you can register equipment from your phone, and checking things in can put them back where they belong.

The biggest locations update in Itefy's history is live. Nest locations up to five levels deep, classify them as sites, buildings, rooms, storage, vehicles or containers — and track mobile locations that carry your equipment around, with a full movement history.

The Reports page just took its biggest leap yet. Filter any report down to the equipment you care about, see trends against the previous period, measure costs, downtime and inventory movement with three new report types — and have any report delivered to your inbox on a schedule.

We've spent the last year rebuilding Itefy from the ground up — a completely redesigned web app, a built-in contact register, powerful reports, a REST API, and one single address for all of it.

The underlaying technology and infrastructure that you don't see, plays a vital role in making an internet software service like Itefy work. The last months, we've made some crucial upgrades to it.

Instead of adding specifications for your equipment, tools and fixed assets in the description, there is now a dedicated function to add custom specifications.

We are working on some fundamental improvements in the web app user interface that will make Itefy more efficient and easier to use. Here are the highlights of what's coming in the beginning of August 2023.

If you rent out machines and other equipment, you can now make documentation, declarations, instructional videos, and other information easily available just by adding a label with a unique QR code on each machine.
