Are these separate products or modules?
No — Itefy is one product. Every account includes the complete system: the asset registry, reservations, checkouts, maintenance, issues, inventory, QR labels and the mobile app. The solution pages describe different ways organizations use the same system.
Do all plans include all solutions?
The core system is included on every plan. A few advanced capabilities depend on the plan tier: recurring reservations, kits, contacts, advanced reports & insights and API access. See the pricing page for the exact matrix.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes — that’s the typical path. Many teams start with the registry and checkouts, then add reservations, maintenance schedules and reports as routines mature. Everything is already in your account when you’re ready, and plan changes are prorated automatically.
We manage equipment in Excel today — how do we switch?

Do we need special hardware like barcode scanners or RFID tags?
No. Itefy uses printed QR labels and the camera on any iOS or Android phone. Print label sheets on a standard laser printer, or export item codes for DYMO and Brother label printers.
