Specifications

  • Add specifications like brand, model, size, weight or any custom specification you like.

Categories

Here you can set different attributes that apply to the item, like make, model, size, or any category. Categories and category values must be added to the account before they can be applied to an item. Read more about managing categories.

Misc

  • Enable/disable public items
  • Display item entry information (when it was created and updated, and by whom).

Inventory

This option is disabled by default, and will only apply if the item actually is a collection of mainly consumable (but could also be reusable) identical items. If you have a location with e.g. doors and windows that are being used in a construction project, you can add each of these locations as single items ("equipment"), then activate inventory, and you are able to track when a consumable is being picked or added.

If enabled, you can set a lower threshold equal to the minimal amount of actual items that should be available at any time.
