To search for items, begin by selecting Items > Find items from the main menu, or select List items from the dashboard.
When on the search result page, you can narrow your search result by a number of filter options.
You can enter keywords by typing in Search for..., and/or select relevant filters for your search. Click the Search button to apply the options to the search result. To display a unfiltered list of all items, click the Reset button.
Filtering options
Types
Select one or more types to include in the search result only items that are of one the selected types.
Categories
Categories like size, color, make, model etc. can be applied to items. Select one or more values to list items that match. If you select values within different categories, the search result items will match at least one value within each category.
Example:
Under color, blue and red are selected, and under size, only medium is selected. The search result will list items that are either blue or red (color) and medium (size).
Locations
If you have added a location, you can filter on locations. Selecting multiple locations will list items that are registered in one of the selected locations.
Availability
If both or neither available or in use is selected, the search result will show items regardless of availability. If selecting available, only checked-in items will show, and if selecting in use, only checked out items will show.
Condition
If all or no specific condition is selected, the search result will show items regardless of condition. If you select one or more conditions, only items in that condition will show up in the search result.
Inventory
If no specific inventory status is selected, the search result will show items regardless of inventory status. If you select one or more of the inventory status, only items with inventory enabled and inventory that meets the selected inventory criteria are shown in the search result.
Above threshold: Items with inventory enabled and where current inventory is higher than the threshold that has been set.
Close to threshold: Items with inventory enabled and where current inventory is lower than 10% above the threshold that has been set.
Under threshold: Items with inventory enabled and where current inventory is lower than the threshold that has been set.
Empty: Items with inventory enabled and where current inventory empty (0).
Search result display options
You can switch between viewing the search results either as a list or as tiles (image+name).
Listing options
You can change which columns to show by clicking the to the left in the search bar.
