Issues are available in multiple places in Itefy:
- On the dashboard you'll find the new (open) and ongoing (in progress) issues, in addition to issues that are assigned to you. Only a short list i available in the dashboard, but there are links directly to complete lists.
- On each item page, you will have listed all issues that includes that item. On the item page, select Activity, then Issues.
- You find all issues on the issues page, which is found either from the shortcuts on the dashboard (List issues) or from the main menu; Select Issues, then List Issue.
At both the item page issue listing (under Activity) and the complete issue listing page, you have filtering options:
- Show:
- Open
- Ongoing
- Closed
- Assigned to you
- Sort by:
- ID
- Issue
- Items
- Time
- Location
