The bell
The bell at the top right carries a count of what you have not read. Tap it for the list; tap a notification to open the thing it is about.
Push notifications
An installed Itefy Go can notify you when the app is closed — an item becoming overdue, an issue assigned to you, a booking about to start.
To turn them on: More → your name → Push notifications. Your phone will ask for permission; that prompt only appears once, so if you dismiss it you may have to allow notifications for Itefy Go in your phone's settings.
There is a Test button beside it that sends one to this device, which is the quick way to find out whether it is really working.
Push needs the app to be installed to the home screen — see Install Itefy Go. It does not work in a normal browser tab on iPhone.
What gets sent
Which events produce a notification, and who receives them, is decided per account in the web app rather than per device. See Who gets notified.
