Modify resources

The resources available to your account (items, users, storage) are determined by your subscription plan. To adjust them, log into the web app, select Settings in the main menu, then click Subscription — this opens the account's subscription page.

Click Change plan, select the plan that matches the resources you need — on plans that support it you can also adjust the number of user seats — and confirm the change.

In trial mode, the amount of resources available is fixed and cannot be adjusted.

Subscriptions billed by invoice

If your subscription is paid by invoice rather than credit card, plan changes are handled by our team and the Change plan button is not available. Contact us at support@itefy.com to change your plan — or to switch to a credit card subscription, which lets you change plans and seats yourself, instantly.
