History
An item's history
The History tab on an item screen lists what has changed about it — condition changes, moves between locations, and stock adjustments for inventory — newest first, in one list.
Each line says what changed, who changed it and when. Where somebody wrote a remark at the time, it is shown.
Recent changes, account-wide
The same three logs across every item: More → your name → Recent changes.
Switch between condition, location and inventory changes at the top. This is the screen for "who moved the generator" rather than for one item's story.
History and Activity are different things
History is what changed about the item — its condition, where it is, how many are left.
Activity is what has been done with it — checked out, booked, reported, serviced.
