In Itefy, any user with access can create an issue ticket for one or more equipment items in one ticket. The primary people responsible for each item will be notified, and you can add any relevant user to participate in solving the issue. By setting a deadline, you can easily see if issues are resolved in reasonable time.

When an issue has been resolved, change the issue ticket status to closed.
