Single sign-on, RFID support, Google and Outlook calendar sync, an end-user booking portal, and a roster of enterprise references. If any of those is a hard requirement, Cheqroom is the better fit and we’d rather say so now than after a migration.
Worth knowing on the sign-in question specifically: Itefy offers Sign in with Google, but not SAML federation or enforced SSO. If your procurement team requires them, we’re not there yet.
One Cheqroom admin licence — $184/month — is more than our entire top plan at $159/month, which carries 50,000 items, 20 seats and 500 GB of storage. Most teams moving across land on Startup ($39) or Business ($79).
