The condition changelog lists all condition changes. You can filter by what items has been changed to (operative, inoperative or discarded) and also what to sort the list by (ID, Condition, Item, Time (default) and User).
Single item condition changelog
Go to the item page for a certain item, select the Activity tab, then click Conditions.
All items condition changelog
In the main menu, select Changelog then Condition Changes.
