Change issue status

The issue status tells where in the in life cycle the issue currently is. There are 3 status flags available:

  1. Open: When creating an issue, the status is set to open by default. This means the issue is registered, but the resolving has not started.
  2. In progress (ongoing): When you process of trying to fix the issue starts, you should change the status to In progress, by clicking the Begin resolving button in the Display issue window.
  3. Closed: When the issue has been resolved, the status should be changed to closed by clicking the Close case button.
